We are so disappointed and unhappy with the schedule of flight been
changed.

My friends and I already booked the flight from TGG to PEN dated 09 Jul
2008, Wed. Departs time: 11.05am but now had been changed to 9.30am. I
am
not sure when you change the time, do you think about the passengers? I
am
sure all your passengers before book your flight, they will consider the
time first. Once the time fine for them, then they book and make
payment.
What will they feel when they see the time had been change and they
cannot
take the flight as what you had rescheduled? If the flight delay, is
fine
but now earlier 1.5 hours.

Boat from Pulau Redang to Merang Jetty schedule only has 2 trips, 8.00am
and
14.00pm. Do you know from Pulau Redang to Merang Jetty takes 40 min.
Merang
Jetty to airport takes 40 min too. If we take the 8.00am boat from Pulau
Redang, reach jetty at 8.40am and arrive airport about 9.20am. We not
allow
the check-in and miss the flight and wasted the flight ticket. Do you
see
that?

We check with the hotel in Pulau Redang to change earlier the boat
schedule,
they said can unless you willing to pay extra few hundred per person. Do
you
think people willing to spend few hundred per person because of want to
take
the flight?

Now everything price increased and everyone is trying to save but
Fireflyz
force the passengers to waste the ticket. What will you think if you are
the
one who suppose to take the flight?

Do you really consider it? I know you did highlight in your T&C, …
time
of
booking/printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

I am not sure how many passengers will find the same situation like us.
Cannot take the flight and have to buy next day flight with higher price
or
need to buy bus ticket if he/she is lucky.

What’s the point of doing ZERO fare, consumer can make booking but
cannot
take the flight? Don’t you think this is ridiculous? Please do consider
what
consumer want.

All passengers book your flight because the depart time fine for them,
not
because you ZERO fare and schedule changed earlier 1.5 hours.

Hope the schedule depart from TGG to PEN will resume as the previous.
